Elspeth has a background in education and leadership and has worked in remote and regional areas of Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Queensland. Her passions are equity and justice, well-being and empowerment of others, partnerships and teamwork, and creativity.

Eliza Woodruffe
Student Engagement and Support Coordinator (SESC)
Eliza has nearly 30 years experience in the retail, administration and education fields and is currently studying a Bachelor of Business part-time. Eliza is looking forward to providing a comprehensive range of support services for registered students, as well as facilitating widening participation activities for school-age students.

First Nations Education Officer (FNEO)
As a proud Kamilaroi woman born and raised in St George, I bring strong community connections to my role as First Nations Officer with CUC Balonne. In this role I look forward to supporting students from primary school through to vocational education and university. I am especially keen to strengthen the engagement of our young people in education. Outside of work, I love being a mum to my two beautiful children and enjoy playing sport and being active in my community.

Administration Assistant
Emily has worked in many administration roles over the years as well as owning a small business. After some time away raising three children, she is very excited to jump back into the workforce with CUC Balonne.
