Partners of CUC Balonne

CUC Balonne believes that harnessing community values creates a more supportive learning environment with increased career opportunities post-study. Encouraging students to consider their career trajectory in the context of local opportunities is part of this picture. The synergy between education and employment is critical to the ongoing sustainability and success of the CUC model.

Strong engagement and collaboration between CUC Balonne and its respective partners is reflective of this goal. Our students value the opportunities they get to engage with the broader CUC network, including local businesses, organisations, and community groups. While financial support is an integral component of this, it is by no means the only benefit to contribution.

We know that students who wish to remain in their local communities are more likely to engage in local employment. Most students currently registered with us are studying Health, Education, Agriculture/Rural Sciences or Business and Management with the intention to continue, or return, to the local workforce.

We hope that students who receive support through CUC Balonne will return these skills and experiences to the community. To this end, CUC Balonne is requesting support from organisations and businesses to ensure the ongoing success of our Centre, and the ongoing prosperity of our region.
