Wake up and smell the coffee!
If you want to become a barista, you’ll need to complete the Basic Barista short course with TAFE Queensland at CUC Balonne, The Hub, so you can professionally prepare and serve a range of espresso coffees.
TAFE will teach you how to operate coffee making equipment including the espresso machine and coffee grinder. This program is ideal if you’re operating in a cafe establishment or seeking employment in a variety of hospitality areas.
